Q. Timer not working or comes on at odd times?
- Most often you may have a mechanical timer that needs to reset or programmed with the current time or the pins may need adjusting. Check the Timer and adjust as needed.

Q. Some of my lights work and some don’t?
- This could be a burnt lamp or broken cable. Check the lamp and replace or use a volt meter and check the cables for voltage.
- Inspect the main cable line for breaks, cuts and loose connections.
- Contact a lighting professional or electrician for more help.
Q. I'm experiencing inconsistent lighting??
- Dim or inconsistent lighting issues are caused by loose connections or voltage drop at the end of the cable run. Ensure the proper sized cabling is used and you have not exceeded the maximum power requirement.
