Terms & Conditions
GENERAL TERMS:
The following terms and conditions shall govern to all sales of fixtures, transformers and accessories by Corona Lighting. No other additional and/or modified terms and conditions shall be valid unless agreed in writing by an authorized representative of Corona Lighting. Corona Lighting reserves the right to change or alter all terms, conditions and/or warranties without prior notice.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
All accounts are due and fully payable NET 30 DAYS from the date of shipment upon approved credit. Corona Lighting reserves the right to change the terms of payment at anytime unilaterally without discussion with or involvement by the customer. Corona Lighting will notify any change in terms of payment in writing (via e-mail and/or certified mail) to the customer. On past due accounts, a service charge of 1.5% interest per month (18% annual) will be charged from date of invoice. The customer agrees to reimburse Corona Lighting for all incurred collection costs & legal fees which are necessary to enforce payment of invoiced amounts. The proper venue for any dispute arising from overdue payments shall be any court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles, California.
RETURN POLICY:
No fixture, accessory, or transformer may be returned without prior written authorization, and a “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) number, issued at the sole discretion of Corona Lighting. The RGA must be requested no more than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of invoice. Otherwise, Corona Lighting cannot issue a RGA number and will not accept the return. Unless the product is defective, the returned product(s) must be in a new and unused condition, packed in their original boxes. These returns are subject to the minimum 30% handling and restocking fee. Corona Lighting reserves the right to issue credit, repair, or replace the defective product, at our option upon receipt of item(s) and written notification of alleged defect by original customer. All custom-made and/or discontinued fixtures and transformers, and/or accessories are NOT returnable. Returns must be shipped to Corona Lighting, at customer’s expense.
PRICE POLICY:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Consult Corona Lighting for current price list guide. All orders will be shipped at prices prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices issued by written proposals and quotations are firm, and good for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issuance only.
FREIGHT POLICY:
All shipments are made FOB Los Angeles, California.

Free freight allowed is valid for one shipment limited to one Commercial location of Customer ONLY (Drop ship to any other Commercial or residential locations are excluded) within the 48 contigous United States. Consult Corona Lighting customer service dept for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders not qualified for freight allowed, freight charges will be prepaid by Corona Lighting and charged to customer’s account. Shipment dates are approximate and made in good faith and according to conditions at the time of customer’s purchase order acceptance. Corona Lighting is not responsible for any delay in shipment or damages caused therefrom.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
No service charge for minimum orders.
MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS:
Corona Lighting reserves the right to change, modify, improve, or discontinue any product without prior notice. This includes but not limited to: changes in design, dimensions, performance, and/or construction of products.
