A new app experience with more control, easier device management, powerful scenes and expanded automation..
IMPORTANT FOR EXISTING USERS
If you have created your own RGBWW presets, please take screenshots or record your settings before updating the app so you can recreate them in the new RGBWW Scenes interface.
New Home Screen UI
The Home screen has been completely redesigned with customizable navigation and cards. Quickly access Groups, Devices and Areas. Easily add tile panels, apply filters and reach app-level functions.
Improved Device Detection & Adding
Device detection and the process of adding fixtures and other supported devices has never been quicker. The Interface has been improved to make setup faster, easier and more intuitive.
Static Lighting Scenes
Create and save the exact colors the way you want. Then recall your favorite lighting looks with a single tap or use them as part of an automation. Static Lighting Scenes make it easy to save the perfect look and bring it back whenever you want.
NEW RGBWW Scenes
A redesigned RGBWW Scenes experience makes it easier to create and manage dynamic lighting looks. This update includes 9 ready-to-use, editable seasonal and holiday presets, including Patriotic, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween and more. You can also create up to 4 custom DIY scenes.
Improved Automation Tasks
When using the BTG Gateway, create more flexible schedules based on time, date, month and year. This provides greater control over your lighting scenes and devices and how they operate.
AI Scene Creation (Optional)
Create lighting scenes using AI with simple voice commands or text descriptions. AI Scene Creation includes a limited free trial per user account. Additional AI scene creation is available through an in-app purchase. AI Scene Creation is optional and does not replace the standard Corona BT lighting controls.
What to Expect After the Update
Your existing lighting system will remain intact.
All existing fixtures, devices and Groups will be unchanged:
- No Need to re-pair existing fixtures or devices
- No need to recreate your existing Groups
- Existing device connections will remain associated with your Corona BT App account
IMPORTANT FOR EXISTING USERS
The update will not require you to start your lighting system setup over again.
Important: The one exception is your existing custom RGBWW Scene presets. These presets will not be retained with the new RGBWW Scenes system. Please save your presets before updating the app.
